Last updated: 7 June 2026
This Privacy Policy explains how Kazee Africa (“Kazee”, “we”, “us”) collects, uses and protects information when you visit kazee.africa, request access to our private beta, or use the Kazee platform.
Information we collect
- Details you give us. When you request access we collect your name, work email, and optionally your company, team size and any message you send.
- Usage data. When you use our products we process the data you and your organisation create within them, as needed to provide the service.
- Technical data. Standard server logs (such as IP address and browser type) used to keep the service secure and reliable.
How we use it
- To respond to access requests and send you a beta invite.
- To provide, maintain and improve the Kazee platform.
- To keep our services secure and prevent abuse.
- To communicate important updates about the service.
How we share it
We do not sell your personal information. We share data only with service providers who help us operate Kazee (such as hosting and email delivery), under appropriate confidentiality and data-protection terms, or where required by law.
Data isolation
Kazee is multi-tenant by design. Each organisation’s data is kept logically isolated from every other organisation’s, and access is governed by your organisation’s roles and permissions through Kazee Central.
Retention
We keep access-request details only as long as needed to evaluate and act on your request. Platform data is retained for as long as your organisation maintains its account, and is deleted on request in line with applicable law.
Your rights
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information. To do so, contact us at hello@kazee.africa.
